1. Block Selection:

First, quality blocks extracted from the andesite mine are carefully selected.

2. Forming:

Selected andesite blocks are cut shapelessly from their edge surfaces with ST machines.

At this stage, the thickness of the plates is worked with a margin of error of ±2 mm.

 

3. Sizing:

With the beheading machine, the edges of the andesite blocks are shaped according to the desired dimensions of the cladding plates.

With the sizing process, the plates are arranged in accordance with the requirements of the project.

 

 

4. Blasting Process:

The surface of the cladding plates is processed by applying special hammer blows with a Blasting Machine.
